Grief and Loss

Have you experienced a loss or series of losses?

Does your life feel disrupted and you’ve lost your sense of normalcy?

Do you feel like the world is going by and feel alone in your grief?

We all experience the impact of a loss differently. Maybe you’re feeling angry or resentful. Perhaps you’re feeling overwhelmed by sadness or a detachment from others. Whatever you are feeling it’s challenging to deal with grief all on our own.

You don’t need to walk through grief alone. Especially when your loss is making it hard to function. It can be helpful to work with a licensed therapist to process and heal after a loss.

You can grieve the loss of:

  • A friend, family member, partner, child, or pet

  • Good health

  • Your youth

  • A marriage, friendship, or any form of human connection

  • Financial stability

  • Job or career

  • Your home or community

  • Fertility
